Kevin Gipson LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on purchases of the QR Code Generator with touch option service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact our support team via the contact channel on our site with the email address you used at checkout and the approximate order date. We will process eligible refunds back to your original payment method through our payment provider, Stripe.

Credits

QR code credits are refundable within the 30-day window as long as they have not been consumed. Consumed credits are non-refundable.
